When should I drink it?

No — we use Stevia and Monk Fruit to sweeten our products.
Although it tastes slightly sweet, our products don't impact your blood sugar levels.
We avoid Erythritol due to consumer reports of stomach discomfort, laxative effects, and other unpleasant issues — not fun. That's why we don't use Erythritol.
