Strawberry + Banana

- 1 serving BOLDR
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 Banana
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon coconut/MCT oil

Strawberry + Blueberry + Blackberry

- 1 serving BOLDR
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Blackberries
- ¼ cup plain yogurt

- 1 tablespoon coconut/MCT oil

Blueberry + Cashew

- 1 serving BOLDR
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ handful of cashews
- 1 tablespoon coconut/MCT oil

Mango + Berry + Banana

- 1 serving BOLDR
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 ripe peeled banana
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon coconut/MCT oil
